Report back request templates

Cancellations or extensions to report backs to Cabinet or Cabinet committees can be made on the authorisation of the responsible Minister. The Chair of Cabinet and each Cabinet committee determines whether report back requests are accepted or declined.

Copy the form attached in the word document below to notify the Cabinet Office of the Minister’s request in relation to a report back.

The email containing the completed form should be sent to cabpapers@dpmc.govt.nz.

The Cabinet Office will ensure that the request is processed and a response provided.
